The fact that I was told my part had holes from 'rodents'
The fact that I was told my part had holes from 'rodents' after they 'fixed' it yet less then 24 hours after they 'fixed'it my check engine light came back on and I bring it in and say it isn't covered due to 'rodents' when I have never had that happen where I live or work and they charged me a diagnostic fee when I bought my brand new vehicle from them is not good customer service. I brought the part to a different mechanic and was told it is impossible to say with complete accuracy it is from a rodent. I have zero faith in the dealership and feel they purposely did that to charge me money. Also I had been in there back in December on 12/30 and they couldn't find anything wrong with the same code, told me it was fine, I come back 6 weeks later with same code and they again say nothing is wrong and I ask for smoke test then they find something, so third time back they fix it and say it is covered but then less than 24 hours later I have to call again due to check engine light and when I bring it back for the 4th time for this issue, it is magically rodents and not covered.

They fixed my loose serpentine belt in a faster time frame than given which was great, but having to pay for a rental hurts the wallet more than I'd like it to and most other places I've been don't make me pay for a loaner.

The dealership is great.
The dealership is great. Everyone there is friendly and wants to make sure you’re taken care of. The sales manager even remembered me from my last purchase, which really shows their attention to detail. What stood out the most, though, was Jadeyn himself. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. The vehicle I bought had just come in as a trade-in and hadn’t been cleaned or detailed yet. After the transaction was completed, it was still being detailed, and to help get me on the road, Jadeyn actually jumped in to lend a hand to the person cleaning the vehicle. I’ve never seen that before—it really showed how much he cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He even followed up a couple of days later, which was a nice touch. You don’t see that level of customer care often, and it made me feel valued rather than just another number.

David was very informative on what services he would recommend based on the current mileage and what the technician found when inspecting our Outlander. He explained what we needed to watch for on the rear right shock so that it would be replaced before the warranty expires.
