I am not mechanical. I came in for a problem. Flashing check engine light. OF.COURSE IT WILL NOT HAPPEN WHEN YIU GET IT. $600 later I still have the problem. Engine misfires wasn’t fixed. Still happening. I can’t afford to let your techs find some other routine issue to bill me for. As of now… oil change, rear brakes, new tires, new battery, new spark plugs. I am now broke, and MUST go to and from work with my vehicle misfiring to Milwaukee from West Bend. Your shop was the spark plugs, after I was take. For 1000 by auto safety center. Now I have a new warning light: TPMS

2017 Ford Focus problem jerk was having problems going
2017 Ford Focus problem jerk was having problems going into gear from stop to go position, and wanted to return after having it for 8 days. In order for me to have Russ Darrow Mitsubishi, Waukesha take back the car and get my trade in back, they made me apply for another loan to get my car back. Now the price of the loan is 15,000, Before trade in my loan had only 10,000 left to pay on it. I feel I got taken advantage of, because I only had the new car for 8 days. I feel it was wrong for Russ Darrow to charge me 5000.00 more. And kept my 1000 dollar down payment, which doesn't show on contract. Service denied the issues and told me to take it to a Ford dealership. Steve in the service dept drove the car with me and agreed there were issues, but the General manager told me that this wasn't true. Sales and Service dept. had so many stories and lies they couldn't remember what they told me before. Tried to save money to reduce car payments. Now I'm paying more for my original car and higher monthly payments. I got so screwed over and now really suffering to survive just because I was sold a bad car. Do you research before buying, when you hear one lie or have their words be different coming out of another person's mouth, then stop because you're getting taken advantage of. I trusted Rico (salesman) not to take advantage of me, since I personally knew him and his wife, but unfortunately I was wrong.

It started off smooth and 5 stars until things came up missing in my vehicle and I reported and the manager Justin tried to threaten me. What does my middle console have to do with an oil change?!!! Employees are stealing and Justin is covering it up! I'll take my business to another location next time. I've been coming to this location since 2017 and it has always been 5stars and now with that violation of my property it's 1 star for me.

I dont know how to properly thank Josh or Russ Darrow for the time and effort they put in to getting me a vehicle. Josh was great, patient, understanding, and down-to-earth. I felt comfortable and Josh helped keep my 10 yr old daughters ADHD from going bonkers. My brother said he gets all his vehicles through Russ Darrow and he is a business owner. Now, my parents may need help from Russ Darrow to help with their situation. I can't thank Josh or the rest of the crew for helping me out. Being on a fixed income, disabled, 53 yrs old, single parent with a 10 yr old special needs child is very tough. I needed a stable vehicle and I drove away with one.

While riding the bus on my way to get the hottest outfit from the Kohl's clarence section, I decided to check out a car online. Joshua Washington saw my inquiry and reached out immediately. He understood my plight that I have to be able to beat Ms. Shirley every third Saturday to the store otherwise she'll use her Kohl's cash to grab the best pieces. We set up an appointment quickly. I brought my Grandmother to our meeting and Josh offered us the finest of mountain spring water, assuring it was brought over via three cargos of Application mountain goats. The first car we were shown was a 2014 Mazda. We didn't like it, but thanks to the impeccable service of Josh, he heard my concerns of the seats being uncomfortable for my scoliosis and the tiny sunroof. It didnt help that my third cousin twice removed has the same car and I cannot be seen as a copycat. Josh agreed that if I got the same car as my cousin, I'll be gossip of the family for the next 4.5 family reunions (half because we normally throw a small cousin reunion in California ever other year). He went back to research. Even while waiting, Josh ensured my Grandmother and I were only served the best fruit snacks as he diligently researched a car that would upstage even the ones shown on season 1 of "My Super Sweet 16." My 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage was unveiled to me, and I knew then, she would be the perfect car I can cruise past Bradford Beach in. With a firm handshake, Josh and I sealed the deal. Thanks to having a car again, I was able to take my grandmother for our pre-booked tickets to see little people wrestling. But what really impressed me, was after the sale. A few days later whilst coming back from my yearly day trip to Chicago. I thought I had a problem with my car. Thanks to Josh checking on me even past the day of sale, we were able to get me scheduled to come in ASAP. On the day of my service appointment, I only had 3 strips of bacon and the hospitality shown by Josh left me speechless as he offered me a pack of peanut M&Ms from their vending machine. The service department and Josh are truly lifesavers as they identified the problem fast. I feared I wouldn't be able to make it to my Tuesday night line-dancing classes and I've got to learn the new ones before the summer! Thank you Josh, and the Russ Darrow Mitsubishi team!

No jack or lug wrench in the car, the ignition switch had been broken and the switch itself was not firmly in place in the steering column. We are getting in contact with the dealership to see if they will fix it. I would recommend this dealership with some reservations.

Overall we had a positive experience, but we did have some issues. This first thing was the source for most of our troubles. We were communicating with someone we thought was with Russ Darrow, but we found out late in the negotiations that she actually worked for a third party service. She made promises and statements which proved to be untrue. At the dealership there were some items that also added to our 3 star rating: There was an open recall for the tailgate wiring harness. Your team told us Honda does not address something like this until it actually breaks. Dahl Honda is replacing it tomorrow. We made an appointment to see the Ridgeline in person and were told that it would be ready. It wasn't. It was delayed time and again and when it was finally available, the trunk bed and storage area were dirty- lots of dog hair, a plastic spoon, etc. During the wait, we were repeated asked to give the down payment check. I held it until WE were ready. The vehicle came with only one key fob even though we were told that we could get a second one. We are ordering one now from an outside source. During the price negotiations, the Ridgeline price went down online a couple of times, but these weren't reflected in Darrow's price calculations while an etching fee was added on. After some serious talk, this fee was waived and that put the final price closer to where we felt it should have been. The supposed Xzilon treatment price was expensive and something that we had no choice on. We were told that it was applied to all the Russ Darrow vehicles. Also, when talking with the third party person, the extensive Russ Darrow pre-certification inspection was often mentioned. We asked for a copy repeatedly, but never received it. The Ridgeline had a little damage to the dashboard that was very hard to see in the online photos. Since we live in Central Wisconsin, we did hire an inspection of our own which showed this. When we brought this up, we were told that the vehicle was being sold "as is". One last item. The gas gauge was on E as we looked at the vehicle. I spoke with the salesperson who did put a little fuel in the Ridgeline before we left. As mentioned at the start, overall the experience at Russ Darrow was OK. After everything we had been through pursuing this vehicle, we were left feeling worn out instead of a feeling of joy. I hope this review helps you to implement some changes to get your dealership up to the 5 star rating you desire. Thank you

It was the absolute worst!
It was the absolute worst! I will never go there again and will never recommend to anyone. From horrible service, to an arrogant, incompetent, rude body shop manager, to having his child, 10-12 years old, employed and doing the work. After going to pick my "finished" car up the first time and pointing out the damage still there, his child, Sterling, told me he spent 4 hours detailing my car, and "hates" my car. This was said infront of his dad and shop manager, Justin. Justin said the damage left on the hood was "rock damage." We both became miracle workers that day as we used our thumbnails to remove said rock damage which was cement damage from the incident. His response was "I guess we have more work to do." He then began accusing me of having work done that to him was questionable to the incident bringing it in. I asked if his estimator, Katie, who has been there for years wrote the estimate (without a word from me as I don't know estimating any more than they know how to do my job), and the insurance company accepted this estimate, and he is now questioing it, even though he had no idea as to the particulars! In other words, I called out his xxxxty work, so this was his comeback, that I'm a liar! The hood ended up needing to be prepared and repainted. I was so upset after this encounter, I called Brandon, the sales manager at Russ Darrow, crying as I felt I didn't know who else to reach out to, and he procured my beautiful car for me and I trust him. The next day I ended up in the ED due to all the stress on my body. Katie called me the following day regarding extending my rental, and I told her the stress this was putting on me and that I had been in the ED because of this. I was told I'd get daily updates. I didn't. Finally, it's 10, yes TEN days later than originally told - Justin threw out a bunch of numbers and formulas of how long the work should take, none of which matched what was done - and I go to pick up my car. It still had to have more work done to it before I considered it acceptable. The guy from the body shop said he hadn’t even seen one of the parts still full of cement (I suppose the child was working on those.) The only reason I got it back at that point was I called Katie that morning regarding it's status, and said I was on vacation after work and would not be back until 7/7. Many other vehicles went into the shop as mine sat, and when I was told twice it was ready for pickup, and it wasn't. That says a lot about the lack of quality standards your shop has. To have a child employed working on my vehicle is disturbing. My car is a 2024 with 16,000 miles. Do you think I want a child doing the repairs? I had recently had my car in for the 16,000 mile check up having every recommend service performed costing me almost $600. One thing I had stressed prior to anyone touching it, was that the tires had just been rotated and to please put them back on the way they came off. Who knows what happened there. I have NO trust that anything happened the way it should have and it is probably money I spent right out of the window. My family, friends, and coworkers have lived this experience with me. I plan to place this experience on social media to warn others of the horrible work, child labor, and incompetent manager who speaks over you, yes I had to stop him several times and say "I'm speaking, don't interrupt me", and is willing to release your car still full of damage back to you as acceptable. I thought going to a Kia body shop would be the best move, and it turned out to ne the worst. I will say Amber was always very kind and professional. So there you have it. One hugely disappointed customer who will pass the word never to go to Russ Darrow Mitsubishi or their body shop.
