I had such a wonderful experience working with Josh and the entire team! From beginning to end, everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. I really appreciated how upfront and honest they were throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed, and they took the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable and informed about my purchase. Josh especially was fantastic to work with. He was personable, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with my decision. The entire team was also very reasonable and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience of buying a car feel easy and enjoyable. It was refreshing to work with a dealership where I felt respected and could trust the people helping me. I’m extremely happy with my experience and my new car! I never dreamed in a millions years l would be back so soon only after 6mnths. Joshua showed & explained to me all the features the car has & Brandon explained all the cool things mymitsubishi app can do & found the best financing for me. Jesse handled the paperwork & went over all the details & made sure l understood everything. They answered all my questions & made me feel at ease & comfortable. They were very caring, felt awful & showed compassion over my last car being totaled from a terrible auto accident which l had just bought back in Sept "025. I highly recommend RD for your next auto purchase & seeing Jousha Washington-Boyd. This is now the 3rd car l have bought from them. The dealership is great.
The dealership is great. Everyone there is friendly and wants to make sure you’re taken care of. The sales manager even remembered me from my last purchase, which really shows their attention to detail. What stood out the most, though, was Jadeyn himself. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. The vehicle I bought had just come in as a trade-in and hadn’t been cleaned or detailed yet. After the transaction was completed, it was still being detailed, and to help get me on the road, Jadeyn actually jumped in to lend a hand to the person cleaning the vehicle. I’ve never seen that before—it really showed how much he cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He even followed up a couple of days later, which was a nice touch. You don’t see that level of customer care often, and it made me feel valued rather than just another number.
